Delhi Assembly Elections: Congress, which has been pushed to the third position in the national capital, on Friday sought to turn tables on its rivals, BJP and AAP, saying that they depended on "turncoats" like Kiran Bedi and Arvind Kejriwal while it has a "clean and competent" leader in Ajay Maken.
