Arvind Kejriwal, was born into a middle-class family in Siwani, Haryana on August 16, 1968. Kejriwal, graduate of Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur was sworn in as Delhi's chief minister for the second time on Saturday in a ceremony at the Ramlila Maidan. His Aam Aadmi Party won a historic 67 out of 70 seats in the assembly.
