In what can turn as a point of relief for social activist Teesta Setalvad, a new bench of the Supreme Court will hear her plea on Thursday seeking anticipatory bail in the case of an alleged embezzlement of funds for a museum in Gulbarg Society in Ahmedabad that was devastated in the 2002 Gujarat riots.
