A UK tourist has been raped and killed by a Dutch tourist in Kashmir. The British victim, who was staying in a house boat has been raped and killed allegedly by another foreign tourist David Richard of Netherlands.The accused was nabbed by police while he was trying to escape from the valley. A five year old Indian child was taken in custody by Britain's child welfare organization, merely due to cultural differences and misinterpretations. This has sparked a storm once again.
