Another blast reported at Hebbal flyover in Bangalore. The first blast took place outside BJP office at 10:30am in Bangalore this morning. Police say that blast was caused when an IED devise was exploded and are looking for the trigger. A number of vehicles parked in the vicinity caught fire after the explosion. Reports suggest that there is no established link between the two blasts so far.
