In a huge relief to almost 1.5 lakh flat owners in Noida, Greater Noida and Noida extension area, the Supreme Court has upheld an Allahabad High Court order in relation with land acquisition. The top court has dismissed all petitions challenging the acquisition of land of 65 villages in the area.
