But a year-and-a-half after the UPA government cleared the setting up of the Jagdishpur Paper Mill in Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi's constituency, the Narendra Modi-led administration's heavy industries ministry is thinking of moving it out of Amethi to minister Anant Geete's home state of Maharashtra.
