A scooter rider was crushed by a speeding car in Delhi's Vivek Vihar area. The incident took place at east delhi where the scooter rider was seriously injured and silent spectator crowd standing around were just staring at what was happening and did not help. The incident was captured on CCTV footage. The car collied with the scooter and fled after the incident.
