Swati Maliwal today took charge as the Chairperson of Delhi Commisson for Women (DCW), along with three other members, a day after their appointments were approved by Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung. Ms Maliwal and the entire DCW staff paid homage to former President A P J Abdul Kalam who died on Monday.
