In Gujarat, the death toll due to heavy rains and flood in north Gujarat and Kutch has reached to 40. State Relief Director Mr. Bipin Bhatt has said that 14 deaths were reported from Banaskantha district alone, while five deaths were reported in adjoining Patan district and four in Kutch.
