Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal broke his silence on the rising dengue menace in Delhi. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener slammed the private hospitals which denied the intake of two children suffering from the vector-borne disease, which subsequently led to their death.
