The Greater Noida district administration on Monday ordered a First Information Report (FIR) against a group called the Hindu Rakshak Dal for visiting the restive Bishara village in Dadri on Sunday in violation of Section 144 of the Indian Penal Code which prohibits a gathering of more than four people at one place.
