An unidentified thief was caught red handed stealing two ‘papayas’ from the official bungalow of Orissa MP Arjun Charan Sethi in New Delhi’s high-security Lutyen’s zone on Friday afternoon. However, before he could be handed over to the local police, he managed to escape from the spot.
