Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday broke his silence on Dadri lynching case and controversy involving Pakistani ghazal maestro Ghulam Ali and termed both the incidents as unfortunate. Unfazed by the opposition attack, the Prime Minister in an interview to a newspaper, said that the responsibility does not lie with his government.
