Prime Minister Narendra Modi will on Sunday address three rallies in Bihar ahead of the fifth and the last phase of polling which is scheduled to be held on November 05, 2015.While campaigning in the state's Gopalganj area, Modi had attacked the 'grand alliance' over corruption in Bihar, listing over 30 alleged scams including fodder scam in which Mr Prasad is accused of embezzlement of funds.
