Voting in the final phase, which is considered as the most decisive, began on Thursday in nine districts of Bihar amid tight security. Altogether 57 constituencies spread across the Mithilanchal, Kosi and Seemanchal belt is polling to decide the fate of the Mahagathbandhan which is locked in a direct contest with the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
