NewsX: A tragic incident near Bangalore where 2 women were killed and 7 others were injured by a speeding car allegedly driven by a former civic body president. The accused was 60 year old Krishnappa who was president of the Bommanahalli city municipal council till 2009. He fled after the accident. Police have registered a case of homicide against krishnappa who is still on the run. 2 People who lost their lives were vegetable vendors.
