New Delhi: The Delhi government on Thursday released a detailed blueprint for its ambitious road-rationing plan to check pollution in the national capital.br br The plan to curb the number of vehicles plying in the city, however, has a host of exemptions, including two-wheelers, women drivers and top politicians. The restrictions will also not apply to CNG and electric vehicles.
