New Delhi: :In a move that may trigger another round of confrontation between the AAP dispensation led by Arvind Kejriwal and the Center, Delhi Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung told the Center that the commission of inquiry setup by the AAP government to probe into Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) scam is illegal and invalid.
