Amid growing outrage over the death of a six year old boy at a private school, the Delhi government today ordered all schools to file "safety report" within a month, saying arrogant and insensitive behaviour will not be tolarated. Divyansh Kakrora, a student of class 1, was found dead in a water reservoir of Ryan international school in south Delhi's Vasant Kunj area yesterday.
