MUMABI: In what may eventually lead to some moral policing online, the Bombay high court on Tuesday said that a public interest litigation filed against the All India Bakc**d (AIB) roast show uploaded in December 2014 on YouTube, a video-sharing website, raises a larger issue of regulating content that is put online. The court posted the PIL, filed by a law college faculty, Sharmila Ghughe, for final hearing on March 10, along with a petition filed by Bollywood personalities Deepika Padukone and Karan Johar to quash a criminal case of obscenity and spread of obscene content in electronic form filed against them. The HC has protected them from arrest or any other coercive action.
