After painting the city in a colour of her choice that's blue and white, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee now plans to renovate her own office the historic Writers building. But that's not all, in order to facilitate the renovation process, Didi plans to shift her seat of governance from Writers to a new building in Howrah.
