In a shocking video, a couple living in Aligarh allegedly tied their 4-year-old daughter's hand & legs for 12-hours. The cruel act was captured by nephew of the girl's father on phone.
According to the relatives of the girl, "The couple had three daughters. Two years back they sold one daughter to an unknown person and handed over other daughter to their elder brother."
