Opposition continues to scuttle government's efforts to push for Food Bill passage in both the houses. Parliament proceedings were yet again marred by disruptions. br br There was pandemonium in both houses following yesterday's clampdown on VHP's Chaurasi Kosi Parikrama in Ayodhya which forced the speaker to stall proceedings.
