Two policemen were injured on Tuesday when a mob allegedly set on fire a police outpost and their six two-wheelers as they protested an encroachment drive by the civic body on Ajwa Road, the police said. "The mob of nearly 200 people attacked the officials of the Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) when they reached Suleiman-Ni-Chal locality to carry out demolition. They set on fire a police chowki, six two-wheelers of policemen and also pelted stones," Joint Commissioner of Police DJ Patel said.
