At least 35 babies have died in last 5 days at Kolkata's BC Roy Hospital. As the horror of infant deaths returns to haunt the state Govt hospital, one is reminded of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's promises of improved health care of rural hospitals.
