Addressing the recent developments in the Samajwadi Party (SP) leadership, party national General Secretary Ram Gopal Yadav dismissed reports of infighting saying that there “is no crisis in SP.” Ram Gopal also defended Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav ‘s recent decisions, adding that it was natural for a chief minister to act on his own discretion. “Some differences arise in minor points (and) those can be resolved,” he told reporters, according to ANI.
