Bhubaneswar: Cyclonic storm Phailin, classified as "very severe", is expected to make landfall any time now near Gopalpur in Odisha. It has prompted the country's biggest evacuation in 23 years with more than four lakh people moved up from the coastline in Odisha and over one lakh from Andhra Pradesh to safer places.
