Bollwood actor Salman Khan's 2002 hit-and-run case will come up for hearing in a Mumbai court on Tuesday. br br The court will hear the actor's lawyer and the prosecution on whether the trial should begin afresh or evidence prodced earlier by the magistrate should be considered. br br The court will also announce its order on Salman's plea to direct the media to correctly report the proceedings of the case.
