In one of the biggest development of the day, Manohar Parrikar parrades 22 legislators to governor's house to stake claim for government formation. In reply to which, the Goa governor has given nod and appointed Manohar Parrikar as the new Chief Minister of Goa. Being short of a majority and not even the single largest party in Goa, BJP has played it's biggest card. The party's legislators met and passed a resolution demanding the return of the union Defense Minister as the Chief Minister of Goa.
