Out on interim relief the court is hearing his anticipatory bail plea now. His lawyer is arguing that if he doesn't cooperate with the investigation, his anticipatory bail can be cancelled.br br At 9 am Tejpal reached the Goa Crime branch office, but no interrogation was held and he left minutes after that. Then Tejpal and his wife and sister are at the court for the hearing.br br The speculations are rife that the accused may be arrested soon after. Sources tell NewsX that Goa police is keeping a close eye on Tejpal's bail hearing.
