As the UPA government is set to present the Contentious Communal Violence Bill in Lok Sabha winter session which is beginning today, BJP's prime ministerial candidate and Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi has wrote to prime minister Manmohan Singh his conveying his opposition to the bill.
