The victim in her complaint has alleged that PEC's deputy director AM Kalra, a professor in the civil engineering department, has sexually harassed her in the year 2010. She also named Manoj Datta in her complaint for not taking appropriate action after the matter was reported.br br Ashish Kapoor, DSP Chandigarh police, confirmed that a case under Section 354A of Indian Penal Code (IPC) has been registered against both senior officials of PEC. He said, "We are investigating the matter and will take a suitable action once the investigations are complete", said Kapoor.
