Naz Foundation has said that it will file a petition seeking a review of the Supreme Court's Wednesday judgement, in which the apex court upheld the validity of Indian Penal Code's Section 377, which makes gay sex a criminal offence. br br The apex court's order came in response to several petitions by anti-gay rights activists and social and religious organisations challenging a historic 2009 Delhi High Court order which decriminalised gay sex.
