DM Kanwal Tanuj was telling the importance of cleanliness in a gathering and need of toilet at home in Aurangabad's Bihar. When a person talked about his poor conditions, Kanwal Tanuj got angry and suggested that if there is no money then sell your wife. Such statement made by DM is not accepted.
