Trinamool Congress MP Kalyan Bandopadhyay yesterday demanded the resignation of former Supreme Court judge Ashok Ganguly from the post of chairman of the West Bengal Human Rights Commission (WBHRC) following allegations of sexual harassment levelled by a young woman law intern against him.
