Haryana BJP State chief Subhash Barala’s son Vikas Barala and his friend were arrested for misbehaving with IAS’s daughter, Varnika Kundu in Chandigarh. He was charged with IPC section 365, section 341 and section 511. He was given bail, so now police will again put charges against him of IPC section 365. CCTV footage of sector 7 and sector 26 of Chandigarh are missing. According to sources, police is trying to save Vikas.
