Vikas Barala did not appear before Chandigarh police despite summons. Medical reports confirmed that Vikas Barala was drinking and driving on the night of incidence. He is called for investigation today by Chandigarh police as he denied summons by them after which they pasted the summons outside his house. Haryana BJP State chief Subhash Barala’s son Vikas Barala and his friend were arrested, later given bail, for misbehaving with IAS’s daughter, Varnika Kundu.
