The Maharashtra government, police, BMC and other agencies are all set for a mammoth Maratha 'mook' (silent) procession that is taken out today. Mumbai's dabbawalas will participate in the rally as well, showing their strong support to the processions and announced that they will not work today. Maratha Kranti Morcha demands reservations for the Maratha community in jobs and education. Traffic jam is witnessed at Eastern Express Way near Thane in Mumbai because of the rally. Approximately 50 lakh people will join the march.
