A metropolitan court here will decide on Thursday a protest petition by Zakia Jafri, wife of the slain former Congress MP Ahsan Jafri, challenging the SIT's clean chit to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi and 59 others in the 2002 communal riots.
