Prime Minister Narendra Modi raised the matter of defence ahead of BRICS summit organized in Xiamen, China here on Monday. Also, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "We have started war against Black Money". Prime Minister of India was welcomed by Chinese President Xi Jinping during the summit.
