A tragic incident on the last day of 2103 has again put a question mark on the state of women's security in West Bengal. br br A 16-year-old girl, who had set herself afire after she was gangraped in North 24-Parganas district, succumbed to the burn injuries in a Kolkata hospital on Tuesday. br The girl's family has however accused the hospital authorities of medical negligence.
