Punjab and Haryana Court directs Court commissioner to conduct the search operation in Sirsa headquarters ahead of the petition filed by Haryana government. Punjab and Haryana court also orders to make a videography of the search operation. The whole of the operation would be conducted under the supervision of appointed court commisioner.
