Congress spokesperson Shakeel Ahmed on Wednesday sparked a controversy by comparing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) with Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI.br While talking to reporters, Ahmed said whenever a communal riot takes place in India, people of two different organisations become very happy — "one is India's BJP and the other is Pakistan's ISI."br br He added that the radical elements pay ISI funds to spread Islam in other countries while BJP gets the advantage of polarisation after such riots.
