In a rare development, Congress vice president is today attending the party's core group meeting being held at the Prime Minister's residence here. br br The Congress core group includes the party's senior-most leaders. br br As per reports, Rahul is expected to attend meetings of all major party forums in the run-up to the General Elections in May.br br The core group meeting comes two days ahead of the all-important AICC session on Friday where Rahul could be named the Congress' prime ministerial candidate.
