A Knap like kangaroo court in Birbhum in West Bengal breached all boundaries of humanity when it ordered a 20-year-old to be gang raped. Barely two days after the incident, another tribal court in Burdwan district of West Bengal tried to give 1 lakh rupees to a rape victim to settle the matter.
