The Congress has decided to take potshots at the Delhi Chief Minister ahead of the Assembly session and has said that Arvind Kejriwal should act in a constitutional manner and not attempt to browbeat the existing system.br br "If he has faith in the Constitution then he should complete all the formalities associated with the introduction and passage of the bill," Haroon Yusuf from the Congress. If Kejriwal moves the bill in a constitutional manner then they will back it, he said.
