The Supreme Court on Friday ruled that the juvenile convict in the Delhi gangrape case cannot be sent for trial in a regular court. The Supreme Court decision came on a plea filed by the Delhi braveheart's parents seeking that the juvenile convict be treated as an adult.br br The apex court also dismissed a petition by Bharatiya Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy seeking a reinterpretation of the Juvenile Justice Act.
