The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has directed the Delhi Police to take action against Aam Aadmi Party member Somnath Bharti for his midnight raid at the residence of African nationals in New Delhi Khirki's Extension.br br Activist-lawyer Shehzad Poonawala had petioned against Bharti.br A judicial probe had indicted the former Delhi law minister for his action.
