शादरा चिट फंड मामले को लेकर सीबीआई सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गई है. सीबीआई ने सुफ्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की है. उन्होंने कहा है कि कोलकाता पुलिस कमिश्नर ने शादरा चिट फंड मामले की जांच में सहयोग नहीं किया था. सीबीआई ने अपनी याचिका में कहा है कि पुलिस कमिश्नर को कई बार मामले की जांच से जुड़े नोटिस भेजे गए लेकिन उन्होंने कई बार इसमें परेशानी खड़ी की और जांच में सहयोग नहीं किया. सीबीआई की ओर से वकील तुषार मेहता ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की.br br The CBI has reached the Supreme Court on the question of the Saradha chit fund case.
